Why we give.
God is generous — and He calls His people to reflect His heart.
Everything we have is a gift from Him. When we give, we are not losing something; we are responding in gratitude and trust. Generosity is an act of worship.
What we do with what God has entrusted to us reveals where our hearts are. Our giving declares that God is our provider, our source, and our priority.
At Sentinel Community Church, we give because:
We desire to glorify God in every area of our lives — our time, our talents, and our finances. Giving is not about obligation; it is about obedience, faith, and joy.
As Scripture reminds us, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21)
We give because He first gave to us.
